Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Really like this unit. Makes a cheap and easy conference room phone. If you are using with Lync or OCS make sure you request the updated firmware from SNOM. It's free but you have to wait a few days for them to approve your request for it. Once you get it make sure you follow the directions on how to install it! The rest after flashing is key!
