I used the BMS-58 to add outputs to a triple LNB Directv dish setup. It worked right out of the box. I especially liked the way the 12 volt supply was connected via RG-6 cable which I already had run to a location near an outlet. I installed the unit 50 ft from the dish at a central point in the house where it was pre-wired for cable distribution. I now have three dual tuner Tivo units where I could previously only have two.
