Great price, but...

Not Chng Channels Quickl, Pic Cut Off At Bottom, Long Time To Power On
I used the 19C100u as my main t.v. The size, price and clarity are very good BUT... It takes about 8 seconds to turn on, can't change channels quickly, and the bottom of the picture is slightly cut off. Despite it's size, the pic should fully fit the screen.
