Encryption does NOT work

Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
I bought this because it is USB 3.0 and supposedly has encryption software that works with it. Ok in theory sounds wonderful but as I've come to find out. I downloaded the TransMemory_Secure3.exe and put it on the usb drive itself proceeded to install...was welcomed with (Please insert TransMemory and run as privileged user... Considering I'm the only acct and Admin this is absurd.... Will be calling them for replacement and or credit. Not a happy customer

Cool look,smart design, fast speed. Copying files is really fast.
