I had my local cb shop tune her and get my swr right and now I can talk for miles. I just recived and transmitted over 8 miles just today. This little radio is well worth the money and you must have it tuned by someone who knows what they are doing....my shop did a great job and I am super happy with the unit. It fits perfectly in my dodge intrepid car under the glove box side of the center console. I love it.
