Best, straight-ahead scale I've ever experienced. Want to know how much you weigh? Step on, and one and one half inch black numerals against a blue background tell you to the nearest one-fifth pound. Has a sculptural look in modern glass and chrome. Flat top for weighing packages; light stays on indicating weight for ten seconds after you step off. No room for improvement here if you need a basic scale.

The scale is accurate and consistent. The top surface is completely smooth allowing us to weigh boxes and luggage as well. The scale senses when someone (or thing) moves on to the scale, it waits for things to settle down (2-3 seconds), flashes the final weight, and then continues to display the weight value for about 10 seconds after the "thing" is removed ... in other words, it doesn't matter if your "suitcase" covers the display because you'll see the value even after you remove it. It looks very clean and attractive. We love it.
