Shipping Information
When will I get my order?
With fulfillment warehouses all over the country, our average delivery time is 2-3 business days once your order is shipped. In some cases, your product will need to be shipped across the country which will take 4-5 shipping business days. Most orders placed before 11AM PST ship the same business day, with orders after 11AM PST usually shipping the next business day. In some cases, orders will require an extra 1-2 days to process before shipment. We recommend calling us before you place your order for the most precise estimate.
FREE Ground Shipping
We offer FREE ground shipping on any order that can ship via common carrier and is not considered "oversized" by the carrier. Common carriers include UPS, Fedex and the US Postal Service. Items such as furniture, large televisions (> 50") and appliances are examples of items that must ship via truck and don't qualify for free shipping. If an item does not qualify for free shipping, it will be clearly noted on the product detail page and at checkout.
Expedited Shipping
For an additional fee, you may request expedited shipping (i.e. 2 day or 3 day) at checkout for an additional charge. If these options are available they will be shown to you during checkout.
