Buyers Products Rope Ring has a surface mount with recessed ring, making it an ideal tie down point. The formed 1/8 in. steel pan houses the ductile iron ring and has a working load limit of 2,000 lb. with an ultimate breaking strength of 6,000 lb. A 3-5/8 in. diameter hole with a 7/8 in. clearance below surface is needed for mounting. Rope ring bolts on using 2-1/4 in. carriage bolts. It is not recommended for lifting.
