Being waterproof, the AK-C8112 can be sprayed, wiped or even immersed in disinfectants and the ultra-flat key profile prevents microbial growth on contaminants and disinfectant residues in gaps
Depending on the hygienic requirements, it is available with a removable membrane that can be autoclaved for sterilization or a permanently installed silicone membrane with IP68 rating. To make wipe disinfection even more efficient, the CleanFunction disables the key input, so you do not need to disconnect the keyboard. In addition to its cleaning capabilities, the AK-C8112 has compelling technical features. The easy key orientation, light keystroke, abrasion-resistant labeling and 2.4 GHz wireless connection make it a reliable, safe and durable tool in every medical setting.
