Ko-ken has ensured that their hallmark low backlash and small size are preserved. Through extensive testing over four years, they have achieved a delicate balance of low spring pressure to maintain the low-torque backlash characteristic of Ko-ken tools. Additionally, the finer 72 teeth design provides increased surface area contact with the gear, resulting in a 10% higher torque upper limit.
