Each divider has a punched hinge at top that fits over the fastener on the divider beneath it. Hinge is scored for 1/2 expansion. The bottom divider then fits over the fastener in the file folder. Sections can be removed without disturbing the order of papers on the dividers. Convertible End/Top Tab.
