Extend an HDMI signal by up to 330ft (100m) over CAT5/CAT6 cable, with 10/100 network, infrared, serial control, and Power over Cable. The ST121HDBT5 HDMI over CAT5 video extender kit lets you extend HDMI audio/video up to 330 feet (100 meters) over a single Cat5e/6 cable. For added versatility, both the transmitter and receiver can be powered by the same single power source using Power Over Cable (POC).To help save you installation costs, the HDMI over CAT5 extender also extends RS-232 Serial and IR through the same non-proprietary CAT5e / CAT6 Ethernet cable, offering flexible control of local devices from the remote location. The extender also includes a built-in 10/100 network switch with 4 ports on either side, that can extend an IP connection -- perfect for providing remote Internet connections to Smart TVs and gaming consoles.
The HDMI extender kit includes both the local transmitter and remote receiver units, providing a convenient point-to-point digital signage solution right out of the box. To extend your HDMI signal range further, the extender supports HDMI cables up to 5m/16ft long on both the local and remote ends, for an added distance of 32ft.
