This space-saving desktop switch transmits data over a Gigabit Ethernet (GbE) network. Eight auto-negotiating 10/100/1000 Mbps ports send data via Cat5e/6/6a/8 cable only to the computers, routers, hubs and other devices designated to receive it, which improves the efficiency and potential throughput of the network.
