The SRTH12UB attaches to the top of your already existing SmartRack floor-standing rack, allowing you to expand vertically without taking up any additional floor space. Hardware for assembly and mounting is included. Expanding Upward Keeps Your Costs Down: Adding a vertical extension to your existing rack is a practical alternative to expensive upgrades. By adding 12U to the top of your enclosure, you save the time, hassle and expense of purchasing and installing a new larger rack and moving all the equipment. Easy to Integrate into Your Current Application: The SRTH12UB is compatible with standard-depth Tripp Lite floor-standing racks (600 millimeters wide, 1050 millimeters deep) with a removable roof panel. Extensions require assembly on top of the rack, allowing the installation of one component at a time. Multiple grounding points are included on the extensions. Note, you do not have to remove the roof panel of the original rack to install the top hat. Keeps Important Equipment Secure: The adjustable mounting rails accommodate standard 19-inch rack equipment.
