Features a built-in port for clutch lever access or lighting (except 3rd Gen Tacoma) and thru-welded D-ring mounts. This semi-hidden winch mounting system is constructed of heavy gauge steel with a durable black textured powder coated finish to protect against corrosion and is made in the USA.
