Fortress G-55 -- Guardian 27 lb. aluminum-alloy anchor for boats 48-53'

• Precision-machined from high tensile aluminum-magnesium alloy
• Strong as steel, but only half the weight
• Easy to manage weight
• Extra-high holding power
• An affordable alternative to heavy steel anchors
• Rustproof
• Can be disassembled so it is easy to store
• Excellent as a spare or storm anchor

An easy-to-handle alternative to heavy steel anchors, Guardian Aluminum Anchors feature lightweight, corrosion-resistant, aluminum-magnesium alloy construction and a precise 32° fluke angle. Guardian anchors are made from the same high tensile, corrosion-resistant aluminum-magnesium alloy and manufacturing precision as Fortress anchors. Components are not anodized and are slightly smaller than the Fortress anchor, but just like the Fortress, the weldless design maximizes strength and they easily disassemble for compact storage or parts replacement. Made in USA.

All Guardian Aluminum Anchors feature Mud Palms designed to help the anchor set faster in any type of sea bottom. Mud Palms create a "lift" to the crown of the anchor, causing the flukes to point more directly to the seabed. This helps the anchor set faster...in any bottom.
