Lincoln Industrial 4489 Air-operated Grease Pump is designed for use with 25 to 50 lb. pails. The assembly includes 40:1 value series high-pressure pneumatic pump, pail cover, carrying handle, high-pressure control valve, universal swivel, coupler, 7 ft. connecting hose, and follower plate. This single acting grease pump has a 2 in. air motor effective diameter and is designed for dispensing automotive greases directly from container to the lubrication point at a maximum grease output pressure of 4,000 PSI. Maximum air pressure is 100 PSI. It delivers grease at a rate of 5 cu. in. (82 cc) per minute. This pump is used for portable (no reels or overhead installations) air-powered grease lubrication for passenger cars, light trucks and light to medium machines and equipment.
