- Hose material made of Thermo-Rubber to reduce stiffening resulting in a longer service life.
- High Capacity 400,000 BTU Flow Rate prior to flow limiting activation mode per ANSI Z21.81.
- Includes a 260 Degree thermal shut-off device and a reverse flow backcheck in the Type 1.
- CERTIFICATION - UL569 Hose Assembly / ANSI Z21-81 Type 1. Used for LP Gas Only

Used to connect a dual LP Cylinder system to the Two-Stage Regulator with a 1/4" Female Pipe Thread Inlet. The MB Sturgis Type 1 provides a higher rate of flow resulting in a decreased potential for the system to go into bypass mode and therefore shutting down the gas supply to the system. The MB Sturgis RV Type 1 (Dark Green) includes an internal back check to ensure the system does not allow a back flow gas leak.
