Like any other spring native to a stock RAM HD, the factory Sway Bar is nearly immobile. Conversely, its the most neglected spring on the vehicle as people fail to look past the front coils and rear springs when looking to soften the factory ride. Well, the factory sway bar is essentially a brace locking the axle to the frame. What does this mean? What you hit with one tire is immediately transferred to the other tire and into the frame causing a high frequency reverberation/chatter felt in the cab.
