The Rapid Switch Universal Tie-Down is engaged by inserting it into the base rail receiver, pushing firmly down and turning clockwise. When not in use, once again push down firmly and turn counter-clockwise to release.
The Universal Tie-Down is designed to work with your own load securing straps.
