This H-Series Toolbox can be bolted or welded together with other H-Series or V-Series toolboxes in a variety of arrangements. It is made of 14-gauge cold rolled steel with a 14-gauge cold rolled steel door and door stiffener. All welds are full arc welds. The horizontally hinged door is attached with stainless steel pillow block type hinges that are welded to the box, 5/16" stainless steel hinge pins, and self-lubricating bushings. The heavy duty machine chains that hold the door in position can be detached to drop the door down to 180 degrees. A full size stainless steel paddle latch is recessed into the door and a drip rail is built into the top panel over the door. The door has a knife edge which works with the ribbed d-bulb seal creating a full perimeter seal with no interruption at the door latch.
