A DP 1.4 Alternate Mode enables up to 4K 60Hz, where as a DP 1.2 Alternate Mode enables up to 4K 30Hz. The USB-C to USB 3.2 Gen 2 hub gives you two USB-C (10Gbps) ports and a USB-A (10Gbps) port to connect multiple devices at the same time.
