Includes a free extender ring with the convection oven to increase the cooking capacity to 18 quarts for serving larger portions of meals to the family. With easy two dial controls, just set the cooking time and required temperature or reference the cooking chart on the lid. The convection oven will cook foods to perfection while giving you the ability to monitor at all times through the transparent glass bowl. The convection oven cooks with rapid heating and little oil, retaining the natural flavors and nutrients for making healthy diets easy to prepare and keep. When the lid handle is lifted during cooking, a safety lock mechanism will power off the convection oven. Take advantage of the detachable cord for portability and storage. Select the Thaw/Wash function to soften and loosen the baking ingredients in the bowl and wipe off the food spatter before further cleaning with detergent.
